It isn't hard plastic on the outside

I spent about 10 minutes trying to reconfigure the cheap plastic bits without ripping off the buttons entirely, but only managed to snap one off in frustration

The plastic feels incredibly cheap to touch

Normal good quality, its not like a cheap plastic its the same "felt" like rubber, as like a Mophie case or something of that sort
