The only reasons I am taking one star away concern the tilt tension, which is still a little to stiff when adjusted to its lightest setting, and the fact that the tilt lock control will not lock in the upright position(not a huge concern since the tilt tension is so stiff)

I did quick initial adjustment of the tilt tension and lumbar support, which I expect I'll tweak over the first month or so.
