I bought this chair because my old chair broke when I exceeded the weight limit with my toddler and my dog sitting in my lap (total weight at the time ~260 pounds)

I've bought several chairs in the past few years, all within me being of the weight limit, and they've all broken.

To avoid any similar chairtastrophes, I bought the chair with the highest weight limit I could afford.

I bought this since it has a much higher weight limit and it's made for "Big and Tall" people, that it'd hold up better.

I'm using it and far far from the weight limit, so I expect it to hold up well for my desk job where I'm there basically 10 hours a day

I searched for a desk chair that was ergonomic and comfortable, but also had a good weight limit

I'm not the healthiest weight and finding a good chair with a higher weight limit at a decent price is not easy

but it keeps sliding down while I'm sitting in it, and I'm not even close to the weight limit, so I have no clue what's going on
