Happy to see a simple, elegant notebook at a reasonable price

I would add some way to attach a pen to it, other than that, this is a great notepad at a great price

This one fits the bill as well as any, the price is pretty good, and there is a ribbon bookmark if you want to use it.

Fantastic value - these have replaced by Moleskin notebooks

The pages are really thin, so avoid using even microns on the pages, as they will bleed through.

This is a great value notebook, in term of quality per dollar ratio, for daily usage

I bought this journal for my boyfriend for his birthday and it worked out great

I use normal pens on it because it wouldn't be thick enough pages for my stabilo ones, but it's the perfect minimalist bullet journal.

It is a perfect substitution to a much more expensive MOLSKIN journal.

This notebook is of the same quality or better than that of a Moleskin or Picadilly - this is a really nice book

I like that it has a pocket in the back for notes, and like that it smells like leather.

This product is good to use for notes (good grid and paper quality) but pages are falling out after one use.

It's really not a bad product, but it's just 'ok' to me, hence 3 stars.

This is a good product, but with the pens I use go though the pages and I REALLY wish they were a heavier weight

I wouldn't recommend this product for anyone who plans on using it for extended periods of time

The cover just isn't as durable as its Moleskin competitor and the binding will begin to deteriorate before you make it halfway through.

Love the hard cover, and the size is perfect for a journal

So I will be searching for a notebook now of the same size that has a hard plastic cover.

My main disappointment with the notebook is that the cover is very stiff with no flexibility at all.

The cover is sturdy, and this is a nice size to slip in a purse with no real problem.

The paper is noticeably indented from pencil, pen bleeds through to the next page, and all of my (already) incoherent writing just looks ten times more messy as the scribbles from previous pages crosshatch with current ones

This actually throws me off a little as I prefer fainter lines

only thing I dont like is that the lines are pretty dark, and too close together

Personally, I think the lines are too dark--it's fine for the ruled book, but the grid is awful especially if you're using pencil

Also grid lines up through the front and back of the pages, so no annoying double lines

It's not a bad smell, just strange

I did read a review where someone said the book had an odd smell and they had to air it out

i had to let them air out after unwrapping them because they had a weird smell, but they're fine now
