The charger worked great but after one year the batteries began to loose their ability to hold a charge and I was unable to find replacement batteries sold anywhere near a major metro like Kansas City

Was skeptical about buying an Amazon brand battery for the Xbox one, so far it has been working great, sometimes you do have to "reclick" the pedestal it charges on for it to actually charge

These work great, the bright colored led at the bottom tells you the charge status.

We have had no problems with mounting the charger, the led full-charge indicator worked great, and the battery packs packed a good punch

One major frustration with the Nyko was that the controller never sat quite right and it was a pain to get it to charge

unless you are delicate, you end up knocking the first controller slightly off its charging contacts and have to re-position it

The product seems to work, but in all the Christmas confusion it was either missing a battery cover or we lost it.

Can’t place the back cover on so that stinks
