I am amazed at what a good value this chair is for the price
9 months later , the fake leather is cracking , the shock piston wont stay all the way up on its own , and now one of the wheels warped the plastic insert on the chair legs and broke as i sat down
But, overall this seems to be a good chair and a great value.
I only give 4 stars because the material did rip in a couple places as we were putting it together
Perfect, looks great, is very comfortable, and good value for the price.
I use it 2-4 hours a day and expect I'll get my money's worth.
Strong sturdy chair great price for a chair that looks like it was a lot more money!
Just remains to be seen how it performs, but at this price point I think we'll get our money's worth
The other chair arches my back forward to an uncomfortable degree which is why I gave it away and second, this one here is a better buy as it has dropped in price saving me some money and who doesn't like saving money right?
It's more comfortable than any gaming-style chair I wasted my time and money on
The cushioning is good but firm and the assembly is easy!
Fairly easy assembly and the staff likes the comfortability
The assembly was fairly easy and didn't take a lot of time to put together

The assembly of the chair was easy and only took about 10 minutes to put together
Really really easy install, clear instructions, took about 10 minutes
There is no fix and no replacement without a warranty bit why would you want to warranty something that is guaranteed to break within six months??Worst thing I ever
Putting it together was easy - about 10 minutes and the instructions are good
Unless I am doing something wrong, the height adjustment doesn't work, but works for the tilt as the instructions say if you push it in.
Assembly was really easy, and the instructions were clear and easy to understand.
There were lots of choices for chairs of this type - we decided to pay a bit more than the standard cheap office chair for something more comfortable.
This is the most comfortable office chair I have ever had
Easy to assemble and the most comfortable office chair I've ever owned
If you're looking for a good office chair, this is not it.

All works as it should: smooth gliding, height adjustable, tilting back or locked it place.
The only thing I was disappointed with is one of the wheels broke in two when I placed the chair on the ground
I only give 4 stars because the material did rip in a couple places as we were putting it together
Assembling the chair wasn't a major hassle, but there were a few times when the instructions could have been clearer about certain parts (like which handle is R/L, it's not obvious looking at the handles themselves)

The connectors in the back portion of the chair eventually break due to the back of the chair basically acting as a level arm (basic physics here) and over time break the plywood or other material inside the backing of the chair.
The cheap plywood support that the base attaches to has deteriorated and the screws don't hold on any longer to support the chair to the base.
This chair has fallen apart, the lumbar support doesn't exist anymore, and the arm is secure to the back of the chair by cheap plywood that has now separated
a year before the arms tore thought the cheap plywood base.
The cheap plastic that covers the whole chair began peeling away little by little
Luckily no parts are missing, but there are several scratches on the leather and the hard plastic,
The plastic covers that cover where the hardware is only lasted between weeks to months (the fit isn't snug enough and since it's just smooth plastic and not silicone or anything with grip, gravity owns it)

The back is attached at only two places on the side and held in place by a cheap plastic bracket.
Not long after the chair began to make creaking/cracking noises when I lean back
Horrendously loud creaking noises that no amount of disassembly, re-assembly, or dry lubrication could ever prevent, starting after approximately 60 days of use.
It was great for a couple of months but now it makes loud creaks with the slightest movement.
I only give 4 stars because the material did rip in a couple places as we were putting it together
Comfortable chair but had to return when we received it the first because the product was damaged as well as the box.
My solution is to put my feet on an elevated box placed in front of my desk
Nice chair, box was DESTROYED and half of the parts were hanging out upon delivery.
It arrived boxed well and all parts were in perfect condition.
The Bad:(1) Arrived in good conditions (box was a bit torn up) but parts could be better and more securely packaged (I.e. cushion different parts with Styrofoam blocks and wrap all parts in sealed plastic bags in addition to the provided bubble wraps to prevent dust/dirt from the torn up box from getting into the parts)
This chair barely lasted over 6 months, what GARBAGE!. I Bought a chair from some other store, maybe Walmart (don't remember) that has lasted me for 5 years and it is still around
Poor quality chair lasted 11 months, Thank god was so bad broke before 1 year warranty was up
I've had chairs from Staples that lasted barely 12 months before a critical failure that wasn't covered by a warranty
Been using it several months now and no major complaints
2 months later and now the chair leans so far to one
The screws are US-standard 1/4"-20 threads so getting longer bolts will not be an issue
The actual arm race on the left side completely ripped away from the “fake leather” as the pet the you attach the armrest to is actually attached to the bottom (butt) part of the chair with a flimsy bolt that is inaccessible to anyone until it rips fromnnormal use
I'm pretty handy, but one thing they don't say, is to keep the bolts loose on the seat part of the armrest
Leave the bolts loose while putting together and tighten at the end.

The chair is extremely easy to assemble (10 min top) and the instructions are easy enough to follow and adding one hex wrench along with all the screw is much appreciated
The screws aren't long enough, the included hex key is completely inadequate
As a result the backrest also goes further back, seems the whole structure is disintegrating because the armrest screws are critical for the entire structure
The problem is that the screws constantly come loose all over the chair.
Sure, this reclines, but I wouldn't trust it with half the advertised weight limit. too short screws through plastic arm rests
Overall its good, but the metal is a bit rough in places.
It does creak and pop a bit when my ogre leans on the back to see what I'm doing on the computer, but I think I can break him of that eventually :
but it's a bit too stiff and it sits up too high on it's lowest setting
Back seat is a bit tough to put together so took a bit of time on that

Now, I'm not a small guy, but I'm no where close to the 250 pound weight limit
Sturdy at and slightly above the recommended weight limit
Creaks at a lil under the weight limit but other than that its a great chair
