This transparent tape works just fine and does its job without any hangups.

I think for general purposes this is a great value and works fine, but if you are looking for clear tape this is not the one for you

With that being said, as far as transparent tape goes, this is as good as the Scotch brand I've been using forever and this is a lower price point at the time of this review

This is the glossy kind of tape, not like the Scotch "Magic" tape that is hard to see on regular paper.

Fun, easy project if you've got the time.

I don't see any reason to go with a more expensive name brand

The only "odd" thing to report is that unlike most popular brands, there's no silly advertising like that cardboard ad on the back that always breaks apart and leaves bits clinging to the side of the dispenser

Our go to is ‘magi’tape, and whilst that is still our preferred brand we certainly give this tape a thumbs up.

The dispenser however is a complete fail.

The plastic dispensers are a little less sturdy than the name brands but not too bad.

I'd like to point out a feature of the clear plastic tape dispenser that may, or may not, be of interest.
