wish the cable was a little longer using it with lg usb c monitor it just barely hangs therefore went for the adapters instead.

Nothing remarkable, and I haven't tried to do anything exceptional---but the speeds on usb 3.0 devices are maxed out and 3.1 (well one device) is within a small margin of connecting directly to the PC.4 stars due to unremarkable build and unknown price (this is 5 stars for $20 or less).

Amazon Basic is far better quality, a generous cord length, and half the price.

It's a shame because the price is much more reasonable than the $30 and $60 alternatives.
