I bought this set to put around my house, I am happy with my purchase, but I feel like the night vision should be a little better, other then that everything works fine!

we installed camera set but unable to make it function, not easy to setup at all needs a pro to setup so its not a good as value as we thought considering pro installation will be $250

Modify the settings, then check the results over the next couple days, and continue to tweak until you get a satisfactory setup
Setup for local network viewing was easy, and setup for my smart phone / tablet was even easier
Just note that you will then need to go back and fill exterior holes since the cable is so much smaller than the connector (this isn't the system's fault - they're all this way with BNC connectors).Also, to reemphasize, I want to say how easy the setup was and how 'it just worked' was such a pleasant surprise.

so I had to deal with Amcrest to get the correct wiring, but after doing so, they were easy to set up, the picture is very clear, even at night, and no more stolen packages!
Unit has not complained one bit from being in that hot environment.**/UPDATE**Have only been using for about a week, but it has been flawless.#1 the packaging is excellent.
