Other than that I love the design and the matte feeling of the mouse along with the ergonomic shape.

But that's a small issue compared to the ultra-comfortable design of this device, which I love

The design also causes my wrist to hurt badly if it is not at a perfect height

The design of the phone holder is great

well I called customer support and they said it could be from overheating and if that's the case then I'd need to send it in and get it looked at
