The grip is wonderful and the buttons well spaced for the best gaming experience.

My only con probably is that i wish the fire button had a mode to keep clicking as i hold it, other then that great gaming mouse.

But don't worry, when you change the DPI of your mouse the color of that certain DPI will show so you don't get confused as to what DPI you are using

Everything works as it should including all the buttons

well I called customer support and they said it could be from overheating and if that's the case then I'd need to send it in and get it looked at
