Service, delivery,and time frame were all excellent
the aggravation was quite unnecessary, I understand parts can fail, especially when used in extreme conditions such as motorcycle touring but company that size should have better customer service.

After just one (very long) trip it started acting up: intermittent "External power lost" message on GPS, pretty annoying when you have to hit "STAY ON" every few minutes, got to the point that I would leave it unplugged
The Product looks good and is the only one i can find to power a garmin, but used it on a one week trip to the bahamas and the the pin that provides power to the gps rusted and broke off, how can that be prevented, amazon is going to do a 1 times refund, will try it one more time.
