I would look for other options if you're planning to use the AC vent attachment to hold the phone.

The suction cup attachment and arm have been working well for me, but the AC vent attachment would come lose pretty easily, but when I tightened it, the plastic broke in two places.

, I didn't need the attachment plate that came with the holder, it works very well on my dashboard, this may not be true for all vehicles, the vent attachment works well also, for me this has been a great purchase.

It did not, but I still love this attachment because it comes with a plastic disc that sticks to your dash or where ever you need it, and then you can suction the actual mount to the disc

Tip, don't use the vent attachment as it will break your vent spring in addition to not hold the phone.

I even tested this by first using their air vent attachment option

The vent attachment that came with the product did not work on my car (2018 GMC Terrain).

There is a second attachment (Sticky part) that I did not use.

About 1 month of owning the clip, mainly used the vent clip attachment, the plastic on the side of the vent clip broke off
