The case works with they wireless charger I have

The wireless charging won't penetrate my soft plastic case even though my other wireless charging devices have no problem with the case.

It does not fit my Note 9 with a case on it, even though the case I use (supcase unicorn beetle) does not exceed the specs listed in the description

It works with my spigen clear case on my galaxy s8 with no issues

This only works a) if the phone is heavy enough and b) the charger is vertically mounted.
