Past designs always clamped from the sides (this one wraps slightly over) and it always worried me that a good bump/jolt in the car would flip the phone forward and off just begging for a cracked screen

As the phone slides down, the side clamps cover up the power/volume down/Bixby buttons (Minus 1 star for poor design).

Its smart design allows it to fit almost all modern phones in an upright position
