She had another 1-port charger, which wouldn't charger both her phone and bluetooth adapter, which was an inconvenience more than a problem; however, Anker's 2-port charger works great in this circumstance, charging both very quickly while simultaneously being smaller and less obtrusive within the car's center console (the location of the charging port).

This update charger works just as well as Anker Previous version 24w car charger

I trust Anker for their customer support and product quality, and this charger doesn't seem like it's going to be anything less than expected

After plugging the charger into my vehicle and attaching two iPhone devices to the charger via Apple-certified USB cables (which happened to be Anker as well), I found that the phones charged much more rapidly than my older car charger.

This charger works as it should, and I want to thank Anker for reaching out and sending me a replacement free of charge.
