    • I have carpal tunnel and this was recommended as it is a more natural position for the wrist.
    • in some applications the buttons do not function properly, such as Chrome and trying to grab the side scrollbar, using the left mouse button, and scroll up or down or in VLC to select menu options on menu bar with the left button, maybe its my unit and the left button, but many times in various applications, it just doesn't work as it supposed to
    • my wrist is no longer painful and is feeling absolutely fresh!I can now work as much as I can on my desktop computer without any wrist pain limitations
    • Anker jumped right to it and shipped me a new replacement mouse that works as it's supposed to
    • I guess I expected Anker to have a pretty solid product and just needed to focus on the ergonomic design and aspect of it since it so different, but I've been sadly disappointed.***bumped a 🌟 because of their great customer service!
