I notice that this is a fairly common complaint so how about it Anker

This is the second Anker mouse that randomly died

Either way, it's a good product and Anker impressed me with their response time and urgency to resolve my issue.

I also want to note that Anker is amazing with customer service

I tried many other models that were more expensive with better ratings and the Anker was the best for me on a number of levels.

Got a bad mouse initially but Anker was really great about fixing the problem.

Anker is always reliable when it comes to electronic

I lost the usb dongle, I emailed Anker and their support team was helpful and fast

While anker is good, i prefer evoluent (more vertical)

The first mouse was defective, but Anker replaced it and I love using it - on a mousepad.

In my opinion, Anker has some of the best value products available from anyone.

I really did like the shape but drove me nuts in the end you win Anker.

My USB receiver for the mouse broke during travel, and the Anker customer support team replaced the mouse free of charge, and I had a new mouse within 10 business days

I actually prefer the Anker and it is much less expensive.

Not only is this a great ergonomic product, ANKER provided the most OUTSTANDING customer service when I lost the receiver.

Not only is Anker's customer service excellent, their products are great.

Anker's Support and customer service is TOP NOTCH and they are a really great company, so I highly recommend this mouse even if it doesn't survive a laptop bag very well.

So you don't have to worry about knocking it over (or smacking it off your desk) because Anker will take care of you (because you WILL smack it off your desk [at first]).

Addendum - Anker was great in replacing the defective mouse quickly without hassle

About two weeks in, the mouse stopped working, so I contacted Anker directly and described the problem I had, along with the troubleshooting steps I had taken

I have carpal tunnel and this was recommended as it is a more natural position for the wrist.

in some applications the buttons do not function properly, such as Chrome and trying to grab the side scrollbar, using the left mouse button, and scroll up or down or in VLC to select menu options on menu bar with the left button, maybe its my unit and the left button, but many times in various applications, it just doesn't work as it supposed to

my wrist is no longer painful and is feeling absolutely fresh!I can now work as much as I can on my desktop computer without any wrist pain limitations

Anker jumped right to it and shipped me a new replacement mouse that works as it's supposed to

I guess I expected Anker to have a pretty solid product and just needed to focus on the ergonomic design and aspect of it since it so different, but I've been sadly disappointed.***bumped a 🌟 because of their great customer service!
