After a couple weeks I accidentally dropped my computer crushing the small bluetooth dongle rendering my mouse unusable

However the dongle is simply trash.

Even better, I lost my dongle and they replaced it for a small charge, but xcellent customer service!

My pc dongle broke and they replaced it free, promptly and without compliant.

I also notices that the dongle is hard to get out of the bottom at times, and also sticks up a bit when inserted on the bottom.

It wasn't free since I had lost the dongle rather than it stopped working and getting a defective product replaced
