I was starting to get some wrist and forearm pain after starting to use another ergonomic mouse and got this one after reading that upright mouses are best

SEVERE forearm pain, which is why I bought this mouse.it helps a bit with that, we'll see how that goes in the long run

After a few hours I did notice a decrease in forearm pain while using the mouse, but an increase in wrist pain, as my wrist is more involved in the movement

I have carpal tunnel and this was recommended as it is a more natural position for the wrist.

in some applications the buttons do not function properly, such as Chrome and trying to grab the side scrollbar, using the left mouse button, and scroll up or down or in VLC to select menu options on menu bar with the left button, maybe its my unit and the left button, but many times in various applications, it just doesn't work as it supposed to

my wrist is no longer painful and is feeling absolutely fresh!I can now work as much as I can on my desktop computer without any wrist pain limitations

Anker jumped right to it and shipped me a new replacement mouse that works as it's supposed to

I guess I expected Anker to have a pretty solid product and just needed to focus on the ergonomic design and aspect of it since it so different, but I've been sadly disappointed.***bumped a 🌟 because of their great customer service!

I'm using this on a 3M white mouse pad that works fine for other mice.

Disappointing as I really like the ergonomics of it.
