This is the best quality cord I’ve ever purchased and the only reason I had to buy another was because my cat tore apart the first one but these things are DURABLE.

The warranty is amazing because Anker has sent me a new one anytime one stopped charging during the warranty period!

Anker has a great 18 month warranty on most of their products, but I didn't have the serial number to complete the RMA, so I just ordered another

The cable is well constructed , solid, thick cable and the ends also appear to be solid and not subject to the wiring pulling apart as is so often the case with the "thin cable".

I email support, and go through their questions and ideas to get the cord working.
