Apple devices (iPhone, IPad) are not "compatible" devices for the Quick Charge.

I highly recommend this device for anyone looking for a reliable fast charge in the car.

Same thing as their wall charger doesn't work as advertised by a long shot can't even compete with the dollar store chargers but they are selling this for five times the price they say this was engineered to charge at safe levels

Apparently this is a difficult thing, but with this and a couple of external batteries we took care of the issue

This is not a stripe but a glowing red light when the power is on.

The red LED light is a nice touch to the charger, it matches up with my car interior lighting

A QUICKER CHARGE ETC.I would say I feel Anker is being misleading.

This charger didn't work due to a compatibility issue with my phone, and no fault of anker, yet they felt bad and offered to send me something that would work

There does seem to be a issue the QC 2.0 car charger has a compatibility issue with the Type C QC 2.0 device S8

Maybe Anker needs further research into compatibility issues.

My 6S Plus doesn't support Quick Charge 2.0, but definitely charges just as fast as when I use the 10-watt wall charger that came with my iPad Mini

All my phones in the past had replaceable battery, so I never really worried about needing to charge my phone in the car

Had 1 cellphone plugged in, and the battery continued to drain

So handy to have in the car as even a short trip will bring the battery back from near death

Other chargers I used in the past even though it was plugged in, if i were using the phone it would lose battery

However when I push it in too hard into my power outlet it blew my fuse, but then again that could be my personal wiring fault.

The charger has temperature control and over-current protection which assures that you wont burn a fuse if you accidentally spill something on it

This device certainly does that, but the problem is that it periodically blows the 20 Amp receptacle fuse on my vehicle.

Then it blew out my cars fuse twice and stopped working after 3 months of use, while only using 1 port for my Samsung Galaxy Note 4I was pretty disappointed since I normally have good quality with Anker products

The charger worked amazingly but I didn't consider my port only supplied 12v which means I blew the fuse to my stereo since Ford has it all linked up with their Sync system
