It's so nice to actually be provided with GREAT customer service.

When they didn't work i contacted customer service to find out that none of my phones had wireless charging built in ( so make sure yours dose before ordering because it's not the product but your phone)

I would purchase again due to their great customer service

This charger pad works well with my phone and easy to use.

It's cheaper than several models and works just as well.

It works as advertised once my phone is placed properly (which can be frustrating but is not a deal breaker), I don't have to remove my phone case to charge it, and once properly set my Note 5 is at 100% every morning

The Item works as advertised, but be aware that the charger needs an additional piece of hardware that isn't included unless you only want to charge with a USB port.

I received a replacement very quickly, after a couple of months of use I’m glad to say it works as advertised

I would highly recommend the Pleson one, but the Anker one is a waste of money.

After Anker saw my issues with this product, they reached out to me about a replacement.

It's significantly smaller in diameter than my Samsung Qi charger making seeing the status lights almost impossible under my Samsung Note 5

The LED lights are bright and make it easy to distinguish if your device is charging or not.

The LED light on the charging pad turns from blue ("device detected") to red ("no device") for no reason.

Appreciate the led light on the side that changes from red to blue if it's charging, helps you ensure you have the phone laying on the charger correctly.

This product itself works very well and is high quality, but has an annoying charging light

Didn't work through my phone case and it wasn't fast charging

The charging is spotty... it will charge for a minute and be off for a minute

I have the Galaxy S6, which also supports fast charging, but the phone chargers more slowly with this charger

The slow charge rate is also an indication of how inefficient the charging pad is, generating all the heat in the process

Good wireless charger but does NOT support "FAST charging"

I hooked it to the Samsung fast charger using the included cord from Anker and it seemed to charge just a bit slower than plugging the cable into the phone directly

Excellent charger, perhaps a bit small for a Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus, which is what I bought it for, but it works like a charm

It seems that 4 years later the prices have fallen quite a bit.

But when you leave it overnight, it shuts off, and then drains your phone battery

Life long customer for sure!Long time Anker user (have several portable battery banks) and love everything about them

I ended up with a dead battery a couple times because I hadn’t aligned it properly with my Phone

I'm sure this would work as I had anticipated it would had I known that one first needed a USB charger with more wattage than I had available.
