I cook for eight people regularly and this griddle is a perfect size and seemingly warp proof.
It didn't hurt that I've been wanting a good griddle for years now, but have never found any that was either a large enough size, of a good quality, or heated evenly
I liked the size of this though, and sometimes I want something big to cook on that is lighter weight than my cast iron
The turner that is included is much nicer than I had expected it to be, and although it's called "mini," it's a good size even for flipping pancakes
I love the size, the ease of cleaning, and the ability to place it in the oven up to 400F.

For a $50+ item, I would expect better quality control.

Good quality just make sure that your burner configuration has a middle element because it must have three underneath
I am happy with it, as well as the high quality spatula that comes with it
From what I understand, this can be used on just about any stove, though obviously it's best to lift the griddle and not slide it off, especially on a flat top stove
We got this pan for use on our stupid glass top stove.
I say "stupid" because we hate the stove - it seems to take forever to boil a cup of water!Anyway - we got this specifically because people commented it is a flat bottom (providing better heating with the glass top).
I like the bridge function because my glass top stove contains it; however, the griddle does warp over time because the aluminum is too thin; the non stick coating is also thin and can wear off quickly.
Don"t waist your time... on my 4th one and still warped (comes in the package that way)
Went to use this to grill some Rueben's, and while the grilling went pretty well (heat transfer is good, nonstick functioned well), however when I went to flip one of them, using the included 'mini turner
It didn't hurt that I've been wanting a good griddle for years now, but have never found any that was either a large enough size, of a good quality, or heated evenly
I've made pancakes, bacon, and other griddle-friendly foods on it and have been impressed with the heat distribution and ease of cleanup

The surface heats up very evenly, there are no issues with cold or hit spots.
So far, I've baked bread sticks from fresh dough in the oven at 375F, cooked pancakes (two and three at a time), cooked scrambled eggs, and reheated pizza slices on the stove.
Maybe I had temp up too high but eggs spread all over and burned very quickly
To test these I had them side by side on my stove and cooked identical batches of scrambled eggs and pancakes for 27 people for breakfast over Thanksgiving weekend, so they got quite the workout
I love being able to fry potatoes, ham or bacon, and eggs all at the same time in the one pan.
" Scraping the scrambled egg with the turner flipped around left marks, so I just tried scraping the griddle with the turner while not cooking.
