So, I never got to try it, since it would not lay flat on our glass top stove

From what I understand, this can be used on just about any stove, though obviously it's best to lift the griddle and not slide it off, especially on a flat top stove

If you're looking for a really nice stove top griddle, I think you would be hard pressed to find a better one that the Anolon.

Remember, to use one of these double burner griddles on a flat top stove the stove has to have a bridge element built in

Its the smallest stove top griddle I've ever seen

I like the bridge function because my glass top stove contains it; however, the griddle does warp over time because the aluminum is too thin; the non stick coating is also thin and can wear off quickly.

I say "stupid" because we hate the stove - it seems to take forever to boil a cup of water!Anyway - we got this specifically because people commented it is a flat bottom (providing better heating with the glass top).

Since it is no longer flat it cannot be used with my glass top stove.

Don"t waist your time... on my 4th one and still warped (comes in the package that way)
