He says that it would be nice if the product had an on/off button to make it more convenient since he is having to plug and unplug the cable because the light is too bright to leave it on.

I use my phone as my alarm clock so it is plugged in in my bedroom and the bright green flashing light lights up the whole room.

First of all, I don't keep it plugged in because the lights are bright and distracting.
