The light on it is really bright and requires turning down to get a clear picture inside of your ear

preparations with mineral or baby oil and a syringe might work for some people but it always made my ears more plugged and caused me to go to urgent care which is expensive

Very poor design - the wires in this thing are very poor quality, or the way they are attached - within a few weeks, there was a poor connection and it would disconnect any time you move it, essentially rendering it unusable.
