    • The app that goes with the camera is very responsive & user friendly as well.
    • It works but it was hard finding the right app
    • No app will work properly with this item and it doesn't clean the ear the plastic pieces do not stay on.
    • The Android app was trash, but the desktop software was virus free and worked very well
    • I tried around 10+ apps and none of them worked after that, not even the one I was using when it did work at first
    • The first few apps did not work but an app called otg elementary or so worked like a charm
    • I did have issues downloading the proper app but was able to figure it out
    • The user guide explains things pretty clearly and we had no problem downloading the app and getting it to work
    • Took forever to find the correct app to download without all the pop up ads, the app they say to use is complete shtOver all, camera quality could be better, the dimming light is great

    • When I wrote an e-mail to support, they did reply promptly a number of times, but attempted to have me install more shady apps that want access to you phone and are all advertisements and trick links
    • All in all, it works as it should.
