For a single station or two this unite has worked as expected
Worked as expected, bought a second two weeks later for another system.
It works perfectly as expected -- exactly what I wanted.
The Surge protector worked as expected and the back up kept my TV, Modem/Router, and PS4 online for the two hours that my electricity went down in my area
Well made and worth the money to protect my electronics.
Amazon was great and refunded my money for this piece of crap
i installed it in my study room,so cannot concentrate when its powered on.its out of return period so am gonna throw it out today.just wasted my hard earned money.i Do Not recommend anybody to waste her/his money and precious time on it.buy some other

These devices are useful for maybe providing a power backup to your router, modem, and printer, but it can't seem to handle anything actually worth using a battery backup for
Gave it a test, and it sufficiently supported the devices I had
If all your expensive electronic devices are not on a UPS you are just WRONG.
The battery is expensive and doesn't last and the device goes into alarm mode and refuses to shut off
The device lasted 24 hours before my house was filled with a piercing wail as the ups died.
I decided to keep it anyway... it worked as it should for the first 3 months, only experiencing a few minor power outages not lasting more than a couple minutes each time
Junk, it last only 2 days, only one desktop computer and a monitor connected to it, when AC power is lost just beeps and no power
My upc went bad several days after delivery but Schneider replaced it within two

I also use one of these for my gas cooktop, so the electronic ignition and status lights work...should be good for hours, if not days.
, very loud, high pitched tone which would normally mean that the unit is on battery power - but my computer and everything else connected to the UPS (battery and surge only side) were completely dead the instant the lights flickered the first time
About two months after ordering, the unit started making a terrible high-pitched, whining noise

But even when turned off makes a quiet low pitched squeal.
I don't know if this is considered normal or not but this UPS makes a constant, loud, high pitched tone
Both units started emitting a loud beeping noise and had a strong acrid smell from the transformer area.
My favorite feature is being able to disable the alarm noise.
Also, when plugged in, there was a high-pitched noise, very faint
so it doesn't blend into the background like a solid steady noise would do
4th... and my primary reason for returning the units: when plugged in, these units emit a high frequency exceedingly annoying noise, which I can detect clear across the room
I missed the window to return the item, being that I hadn't experienced an outage until now
When I restart, of course, the windows comes up that Windows did not shut down correctly and would I like to restart normally?I DO NOT recommend this product
