Installation was fine and item is working as expected

Installation was easy, and I preset an IP address for the card using its MAC address on my DHCP server, so I was able to immediately browse to it and configure it using the web browser interface

We suspected there were problems, but were surprised by the frequency and severity reported by this beautiful little device

I also would add that the APC Customer Support is very good as well, so if you have need for one this is the way to go.

We use some other brand UPS like Cyberpower for less critical items than our servers, but I feel most confident with APC.

Brand new in the package, complete with the usual APC test report printout. Works perfectly.

If you want more robust environmental monitoring, and logging, stick with the standard APC card and get a NetBotz device.

Allows excellent real-time monitoring of our off-site server power systems.

This management card is working as expected.

I had to contact APC support to get a new face plate with the correct size slots on the front of it for our new UPS.

I had ordered 2 of them and one came with correct size slots and the other must have been older stock as it had the old face plate.

We use some other brand UPS like Cyberpower for less critical items than our servers, but I feel most confident with APC.
