This was a good-priced battery back up that I needed in a pinch, made by a good company

i've bought 3 of these and they are consistently great ... long battery life, good software and low price

Rarely loose power that long so this is perfect for great price

This was a special Black Friday or Cyber Thursday deal - so the price was right.

I like the slim upright design, the price is reasonable and it has been working well.

Just the right size to support our cable modem and Orbi environment during a short power outage

Keeps all our security cameras at the proper location and size, even through a power outage

The size/shape of this is perfect - it is just a bit bigger than a powerstrip and it fits on the floor under my desk just like a regular power strip, so it's the perfect size and shape.

These are the perfect size to fit behind furniture, they can protect from surge and/or have the battery backup.

It works great and nicely sized for the power it provides.

When I opened the battery compartment to find it scratched up as if it was kicked across the floor.

Long story short is to always have an effective backup solution

It did nag me a few times to upgrade to more powerful APC UPS backup

Just dd not charge enough to even support backup for wifi router.

This backup died after +

So I have to plug my printer into a wall jack, with no surge protection

i bought it because it has 6 UPS Battery Backup with Surge Protection Outlets

There are 3 outlets (if I remember correctly) for power supply and 2 for surge protection

Has the same surge protection and battery back-up capabilities I had in the old and larger model.

Please don’t waste your money on this , get something better that works !!!

However for the price and basic Functionality this still was a great purchase and value.

Reporting/Event logging is also buggy (wrong values displayed, e.g 12.2 VAC input vs 122 VAC, 10% charge VS 100% charge, I guess the Home versions of the UPS's report with less precision and the software doesn't account for that) with the professional edition with this unit

I wouldn’t recommend this UPS, spend a little more on a better model.

This is a great UPS overall and will ensure you have wifi for about a day, or TV and wifi for a few hours, should the power go out

It's a nice UPS that does the job under Florida's numerous power outages and brown outs.

I had a power surge, and it not only killed the internet router this this was supposed to protect it killed the the UPS itself.

This is a decent "dumb" UPS for non-critical applications

After the less than spectacular software support from PowerChute I reverted to the Microsoft HID Battery driver and configured the power plan accordingly, which works as expected

Unfortunately is not working as expected

This product was well protected, works as expected and is a good deal.

There was no surge the unit cut off then started to smoke with a continuous beep and now its not working

Right now appears to be working fine we will see how it does when the power goes out

Set up was easy and both units seem to be working fine so far, again, I've only had then for two days

Unit was working good, but at the second year of use (it only has 1 T.V. connected) suddenly a very high pitched sound alarmed the whole house

We had two power outages in 2019 and they worked as advertised

So, my la[tops, and other electronic devices do not loose connectivity due to power blips.

These devices blew up two multi-thousand dollar desktop computers.

Power went out once and this kept important devices running!

Unfortunately, this device will scream if you get near your max watts

I really like them for the occasional power flicker, your devices are protected and don't flicker like the rest of the house.

Several complained of difficulty reinstalling the battery

It's all good until the expensive battery runs down and you need to replace it.

If you order one of these, be careful unpacking it in case you need to return it for a bad battery

I really like have battery back ups on my expensive devices.

Mine was very reliable when I lost power during a storm

it's very bad if I lost power and cannot connect to work.

We still had power in the house, only the unit lost power.

As other users have mentioned, audible alarms (as well as other UPS settings) can be adjusted using the PowerChute application on a USB-attached PC.I've owned five or six different APC UPS products over the years

This shrill tone alarm going off whenever I use my computer is so annoying that I cannot use it

When there's a full blown outage, I have ample time to turn off all my stuff and the UPS makes a single loud beep to let me know that I should.

Upon turning on my printer, the entire unit shut down with a loud beep, taking out the computer with stuff I was working on

Well, it immediately started beeping telling me it was overloaded

I ran Classic World of Warcraft (Pretty low demand game) and it started beeping like crazy until I closed the game

This morning it started beeping like power was out.

I use it on my work computer and my external hard drives

I am not sure if I did something wrong, but I connect the main battery, plugged it into the wall, turned it on, plugged in my computer and hard drives.

Too be fair there was enough battery power to turn the unit back on and repair the extended hard drive while my power was still off.

I purchased a micro-PC and external hard drive for my home theater system.

My system is an Intel Core i5-8600K, 16 GB of DRAM that is slightly overclocked and is packed to the gills with hard drives, both SSD and mechanical

The day after this came a storm came through my area and knocked out the power

I got this unit because we were entering Florida's bad storm season and, as it was, for months I was having brown outs in my house, sometimes twice a day

We had a bad storm a year ago and my two Cyberpower back ups kept my six security cameras and DVR running for four hours

Poor build quality, high pitched coil whine while running, bad spacing of plugs on the ends.

Now I'm living at a much more quiet place and that coil whine really pops out from the almost completely quite ambient environment

The unit itself seems to handle power interruptions just fine, but in a quiet room the coil whine is unbearable.

I swear this is the worst coil whine I've ever heard from electronics

I can't sleep/work/study with the coil whine going in the background.

It sends out an annoying tone alarm every time I launch a program on my computer
