Phone worked fine for the first couple months then started having battery issues.

the phone was sold as new and is scratched and the charger is not original I did not like the product
Phone costs 185$ which is not bad for a like new phone but make sure you spend another 30$ on a nice charger and cable for it.
I am a 75 year old whose flip phone served her well but was on its last leg and the charger was also becoming unreliable.
the charger looks new but does not work, the camera's flash does not work, only as a flashlight

However, I found out I had gotten a Japanese model that made it impossible to turn off the camera shutter noise, which was extremely annoying
but I live in a country where it is weird and annoying to have a shutter noise every time you take a selfie or a screenshot and it may seem
Breed did not disclose that this was a Japanese model which means, among other things, that the shutter noise is impossible to turn off.
Completely as advertisedOne thing to note, the product I received does not include an option to turn off shutter noise when taking photos, thus the reason for deducting a star.
Only one thing: it's from Japan or somewhere where they aren't allowed to silence the camera noise, so the shutter noise goes off at the loudest
