As for being refurbished, the battery and parts all work well, there are hardly any scratches or signs of wear, other than a small paint chip on the lightning port, but that is expected of a refurbished product, as it is not new
It was bought for my sister, and for the moment it has bien working splendid without any error
This specific seller isn’t honest enough to place a proper iPhone outlet with the adapter !
I also made a phone call from my son's phone that's also an iphone 7 from the same seller and the sound on his was loud and clear, so it wasn't a connection
Cosmetically the iPhone 7 I received was near perfect

Verizon claimed it is a common problem with the IPhone 7's.
This is not a Verizon compatible phone.
But before buying, read the reviews because Verizon isn’t compatible with it
the item advertised in the photo was Model A1660 with is Verizon compatible, the item I received was A1778 which is not Verizon compatible, I am very angry.
