  • Not having the number pad is a bit of an adjustment but love the product.
  • Further, the product was not compatible and it was not clear in the item description that this is not a full scale keyboard at that
  • Inspection of the cable showed that it is not a genuine Apple product
  • Slightly smaller than the last gen version that I had, but still a great product as expected from Apple.
  • This is a great product and it works very well with the iPad Pro!

Reviews around size (5.00 of 5)

  • Its compact size allows your mouse to be immediately next to the keyboard (allowing for minimal awkward arm movements.)
  • Nice feel, nice size, and the lack of a cord in no monkeying around with batteries makes this a star product.
  • Speaking of hands, on the other hand the small size makes it much easier to access and use the mouse--no more uncomfortable reaching or accidental clicks from bumping the mouse into the keyboard
  • I actually like this keyboard better than the last one, the smaller size is something I am having to adjust to though, but i am getting better at it
  • Overall, expensive yes, but I really appreciate the size and fluid integration with my Macbook Pro.

  • Overall if you don't feel like messing about and just want a superb quality keyboard for your PC/MAC
  • I am sad that manufacturers cannot seem to make a high quality, compact, scissor-switch keyboard for the PC.
  • Would buy larger version next time out of personal preference, but overall exceptional Apple quality and design.
  • not the best quality feeling keyboard .. considering it's
  • the battery is last less than I was expectingbut the quality of it the typing is fantastic (it's very smooth and reliable)

Reviews around build (5.00 of 5)

  • Great design, very comfortable, love the built-in rechargeable battery.
  • The keyboard is light with a solid build, so it won't move around easily while you are using it
  • What I love the most:I love the built-in MBP keyboard (2014), it is smooth and effortless to type on

  • It's been nearly 2 months since the great smoothie-keyboard disaster and my Apple Magic Keyboard works as if it just came out of the box
  • I haven't charged it since I purchased it (about 2 months ago) and it's held charge very well with daily use
  • Works great and keeps it's charge much longer than the previous model.

Reviews around feel (4.12 of 5)

  • Love this keyboard, has a great feel and is a pleasure to type on.
  • Still, some may not like the feel of the keyboard, so go to an Apple store and try them out if you're really not sure
  • , personally I never use keyboard backlightsI know I'm asking too much here, but a nice little carrying case to keep dust and debris out while traveling would have been helpfulAt this price, mechanical switches should be used, although the key feel isn't bad at allUltimately, the Magic Keyboard is probably not what I would use for my main everyday keyboard
  • The keys have a great feel to them, perfect level of mechanical responses.
  • I like the key feel and that they don't have as much "spring" as the original

Reviews around apple (3.98 of 5)

  • Apple's mania for making things thinner and thinner without considering the user is exemplified by this keyboard which lays flat and has rotten feel
  • You feel like function has been sacrificed to form and that Apple is being sloppy and taking its customers for granted
  • Got this one to replace a water damaged Apple Bluetooth Keyboard
  • It's been nearly 2 months since the great smoothie-keyboard disaster and my Apple Magic Keyboard works as if it just came out of the box
  • but its an Apple product and its apparent that they obsessed over this keyboard to make it useful, durable and great looking

Reviews around type (3.83 of 5)

  • The unit is dented on the top right making the eject button non functional, the keyboard itself is crooked about 1/8 of an inch, so typing is almost impossible unless I jam sticky notes under it to level it out
  • Although the keyboard is thin, it still provides great typing feel
  • It's lighter, more compact, better clickier typing, and no need for batteries
  • I've got to say I don't like this type of laptop-like keyboard
  • pretty good typing experience for such a short stroke keyboard,
