    Apple MC914LL/B 27-inch Thunderbolt Display

    • But as for the docking station part of this product, it's disappointing to pay this much only to have to pay even more to get decent audio and enough USB ports
    • Even the 2.0 USB doesn't bother me because of backward compatibility
    • the sound is tremendous, the built in webcam is great, the powered USB ports that work while your computer isn't hooked up are awesome
    • For anything serious, I would use a USB microphone like Blue Microphones Snowball, which I've used on the few occasions I've been a guest on a podcast
    • It was well worth the money since it acts like a hub for ethernet, USB and thunderbolt connections.
    • I couldn't figure out why my USB 3.0 HD was so slow until realizing the monitor only runs on USB 2.0.
    • It should support USB 3 for the price
    • However, although my MacBook Pro (which I bought in the same order as the display) has USB 3.0 ports, the Display only has USB 2.0 ports, not not enough of them
    • INADEQUATE USB PORTSThere are 3 USB ports on the back of the display, which isn't enough for the real world
    • This monitor has 3 USB 2.0 ports and they work just fine, but an upgrade to USB 3.0.
    • great quality and performance, attractive, and has the capability to offer built-in power connector for laptops, as well as additional usb/ethernet ports on rear
    • USB 3.0 is much faster than USB 2.0 and FW800, and its devices are much cheaper than that of TB
    • My USB 3.0 hard drive for time capsule backups
    • But, If the display did have USB 3.0 support, it would be a really great feature
    • The display is razor sharp, the sound is good, and the USB, firewire and thunderbolt ports are great.
