the only complaint I could think of would be the damn remote is thin, and small

Bump the remote by accident and it jumps ahead, say 30 minutes, and you cannot jump back to "resume" you must guess and go thru minute by minute to try to find where you left off ...unbelievable

the remote can be annoying, for some reason it hates me and will scroll instead of selecting which has caused me to accidentally delete stuff on Hulu DVR3) it will randomly turn on in the middle of the night turning on the tv and scaring the lights out of my husband and I and disrupt sleep (we had to start unplugging it at night)4) on rare occasions an infomercial will play in the background sound that we can’t seem to pinpoint and so have to restart the box or just deal with air fryer advice in the background of our show/

Still prefer the old silver remote which continues to work with the 4K unit.

All in all, an excellent streamer with awesome picture, but a crappy remote, best solved by using the iPhone or iPad remote app.

A complicated, clunky interface and an unusable remote are a bad combination.

The old remote was awful but this one is far more responsive and there's a touch pad portion at the top of the remote.

It takes a marksman’s eye and the patience of a saint to navigate all over the place with this silly remote
