neither cable worked, they don't charge the laptop

My laptop loses its charge while it's plugged in using this charging cable.

As as far functionality, it charged the laptop and secured in the port with no issue; just not sure about the wax powder on the cable; other reviews have noted the same and a smell

My laptop is fully drained as of this morning

And my laptop runs a bit hot sometimes making the charger get hot as well

I hope it isn't a Knock Off that could damage my laptop.

This overheat my laptop nearly frying it and causing a fire

Other than that, the charger works as it is supposed to
