As I work in the industrial scene I need maybe noise canceling ear piece or a louder speaker in the walkie talkie

The ear piece that comes with them feels cheap but otherwise the ear piece functions

The ear piece broke in the first day of using the walkie talkies!

Ear piece is a bit uncomfortable

And the ear piece is good but same issue with that as well and when turned all the way up, a little distorted

Only recommendation is You buy A External ear Piece and a better antenna

Customer service seems great as they have emailed us making sure everything worked as it should.

She uses them with her sister at their 2 story house as well as in the neighborhood with friends.
