Customer service seems great as they have emailed us making sure everything worked as it should.

She uses them with her sister at their 2 story house as well as in the neighborhood with friends.

Not sure if it they are just a bad pair but they do not work as I anticipated range wise at all.

The company sent me a new set and I am happy to report that the new set the company sent me a new set and they worked exactly as they should.
