I ran over a set and my second set got stolen

One of the belt clips broke and one of the radios won't charge anymore after only 2 weeks of use but the other 11 (bought 2 sets of 6) are working and charging great.

The one defective one worked for one time use and no longer will even turn on after a full charge 😑; however these things work wonderful.

The only thing that would make this better is to have a multi-unit charging base so we don't have to have 6 things plugged in.

The antenna is always falling and it’s static and not loud enough.

These radios have an antenna that will unscrew from the body, leaving an industry-standard connector that you could, if you wanted to, add an external antenna, like a magnetic rooftop mount on a car

There are no background noise (static noises) on these radios

It started to make all kinds of weird noises and wouldn't turn back on even after charging

Headset picks up everything so in noise situations very hard to understand what's being said

Too much static noise, picks up signals from surroundings and goes static, very annoying to use or carry on.
