Save your money and buy a nicer set.

I purchased 2 sets of 6 and they work great for the school, all but one are great

I wasn't too sure that a $65 set of six walkie talkies would be worth the money or even effective across the fairgounds, but they were.

They reached out to me promptly after this review and sent a new set free of charge which I absolutely commend them on.

One of the belt clips broke and one of the radios won't charge anymore after only 2 weeks of use but the other 11 (bought 2 sets of 6) are working and charging great.

I would highly recommend these sets, especially for the price!

Personally, I prefer a more versatile set of radios that can play nice with others.
