This kit would make a fantastic gift for anyone interested in programming and/or electronics, and would also be a great thing for parents/grandparents and their kids to do together.
A very nice gift for someone just starting out with Arduino.
Also, it can be a great gift to a kid who wants to learn or become an engineer, so I also recommend it to any parent who believes his kid is developing an interest
Great product for learning circuit design and programming
but, unfortunately, sellers are not keeping track of these details: the product displayed in the pictures belongs to .cc, but that won't guarantee the product you'll get in the mail
This product is very good and I only recommend official arduino products like these
I can not recommend this product highly enough for 'starting from scratch' Arduino users of all ages.
Arrived on time and the product was perfectly functional, great for beginners.
I put 5 stars the only bad thing was that my book and 1 of the carton pices is damaged, but i guess it was bad luck or bad handleing.

This kit is the best thing for a parent that wants their kids to get into electronics but don't have the ability to teach them yourself
solid hardware design, the printer of the book should be shot for lousy color scheme and binding
They also use strange colors and waste a lot of space that could be used for a larger font
The book text is a bit small with strange ink colors that makes it a bit hard to read, but other than that, a great set.
There are lots of them, but most are very small bits of wire in many colors, and not many of the main colors needed - red, black, and yellow (or blue or whatever is your favorite third color)
