Customer support is non-existent and the arlo website purposely sends you in cirlcles making it nearly impossible to try and submit a warranty claim
Basically, the battery is bad and should be covered under the warranty, but I’ve spent hours trying to get in contact from anyone in customer support
Be prepared to be the 15th, 25th, 35th person in line when you have to contact customer support
