Is smells awful, even after washing it several times.

It has a definite smell (though not unpleasant) so sometimes we use if for nosework.

I also love that it has a neutral pleasant smell and does really seem to help his breath a bit

There is no need to put treats in it, as she seems to love the smell and naws on it often, she is 3 year old Labrador Retriever.
