works fine just like the one from optimum, but now i don't have to pay a ten dollar montly rental fee! remember to call the cable company to register your new unit so it will work properly.

One glitch was phone jack and fax jack was misplaced in my case, after switching then everything worked fine.
This one works fine, and download speeds exceed the ISP's advertised output, so it's clearly not slowing the connection down at all
