I've had this router crap out multiple times and required a hard reboot (pulling power) to get it back up

Only once did I run into issues getting into the administrative login to the router - a simple reboot cleared that up

Often times after an abnormal reboot the router will be completely unable to restore internet connectivity until a hard reboot is done by completely cutting power to the device.

If you need to do a hard reboot the router using the power button or unplug it, you need to leave it unplugged for at least 2 hours or it will not come back up

Bought this because I dead spots in my house with my old asus router.
