The texture feels nice, the hard drive is easy to get to if/when I feel like upgrading

one the fan are too loud although I didn't run anything and it is still very loud also the hard drive make some noise I think there is some issue with

Finally, I find myself missing the DVD drive on occasion

They did a good job with the access door to upgrade hard drives and memory, if you're looking to do upgrades, this laptop does make it much easier than ones I've owned in the past
