I was getting lagging issues as well since the HDD was slow, slower than my previous laptop.

It is a slow 5400 RPM HDD and the RAM is 1x8

Could have been a good computer, but ASUS blew it putting an HDD in and aweful processing capability even though it's an 8th gen i5.
