I love my computer, perfect size, very light, easy to use.
Great battery life; lovely illuminated keyboard; starts/resumes fast; perfect size
It is a good size, the keyboard feels good And Is lighted
Only issue was some fuzzy text and some weird window sizing issues, but those are easily fixed in display options and again it's a Windows problem not an Asus problem
I do a lot of travelling, so this is the perfect weight and size
(Not really an issue because the computer wakes up very quickly but its a tad annoying.
And in general the computer has been very good, and if considering the price, it has been excellent
This is a great computer for a high school or college student
Otherwise it's a very nice computer and I would recommend it!
Frankly, the connector and the jack seem cheap and flimsy compared to other laptops, but this computer is such a power miser that it really doesn't need anything heavy-duty to transfer power
The battery can easily last to 14 hours before needing to be plugged in, but the more strenuous you use your laptop, the shorter the battery life would last
, my battery will die at the end of the night, but that's after 10+ hours of usage
the battery is terrible (last two hours) the included charger developed broke with frayed wires (not covered by warranty).
Incredible battery life, feels and looks good, super fast with great performance
Good performance, great battery life, easy to carry, great keyboard and touchpad
Would recommend as a good, solid, 'ultrabook' style laptop with good performance and with a reasonable price tag
and I was able to diagnose the problem as a hardware issue.
so I tried to figure it out myself and soon came to the conclusion that it was a hardware issue
It doesn't overheat as much as I thought it would, and the fans aren't as loud as people say
It won't run terribly high-end graphics obviously, but I am perfectly able to play the video games that I normally play, as well as bring it with me anywhere to take notes or write papers for school
I don't know if it was a bad SSD or a faulty motherboard, but back in March 2018 (about 9 months after purchase), I got the blue screen of death
Given that I am coming off a previous Acer laptop which I got in mid 2010, and having worked on MacBooks, I can honestly say thew new swipe gestures native to Windows 10 on trackpad is as excellent as on the MacBook
After 10 months, the "o,j,n,?,9 and 0" keys no longer work.

The keyboard is not as snappy as it can be, could be a little
I'm going to wait until ASUS tech support gets back to me on this fan issue but more than likely this will be going back.
I travel a lot and this laptop has been a huge addition to me as it's easy to transport and carry around.
, so I decided it was not worth it, considering I wanted to return it due to the fan issues
So I just always have to move photos to my external hard drive
It is a great lightweight computer with solid state drive and good battery life
RAM is not upgradeable, although for most tasks using the swap shouldn't cause many issues on such a fast drive
A backlight for the keyboard, solid state hard drive, plenty of RAM, nice fit and finish
The only negative, which is slight, is that I have about 80 GB of music stored on my computer, so a 512 GB hard drive might have been better for me.(Update)I have had zero problems with this laptop after having it for just over 4 months.
When the laptop arrived I opened it up and when I first turned it on, I noticed a dead pixel in the middle of the screen
had high hopes for this laptop, dead pixel and key issues
Also, I'm currently using a second one that I received after I returned the first because of dead pixel, and the touchpad of one that I have now is a pain to use because the left side doesn't respond as it should
