Runs cool and quiet with very little fan noise

I can't hear any fan noise

Within months the hinge became very loose making it difficult to keep the screen up in one position, then the pieces around the screen started to separate, and now (14 months after I bought it) it appears to have completely died - black screen, no fan noise, nothing.

Under a light load there has been no issue, but if I'm in-between multiple tasks such as video-calling while working on Excel there is a very audible fan noise.-Speaker placement is on the bottom of the laptop

this laptop is so convenience except for loud fan noise...

The fan noise mentioned isn't really an issue....fan does kick in a bit while multitasking but nothing as bad as a few people have mentioned
