The technician was knowledgeable and did help get us to the same conclusion that there was in fact a hardware issue.

It won't run terribly high-end graphics obviously, but I am perfectly able to play the video games that I normally play, as well as bring it with me anywhere to take notes or write papers for school

Given that I am coming off a previous Acer laptop which I got in mid 2010, and having worked on MacBooks, I can honestly say thew new swipe gestures native to Windows 10 on trackpad is as excellent as on the MacBook

I travel a lot and this laptop has been a huge addition to me as it's easy to transport and carry around.

The keyboard is not as snappy as it can be, could be a little
